Mrs. Esposito's mother has had ovarian cancer for nine years, and today she told her classes that her mother is...very close to death, and so they are in hospice. So Mrs. Espo said that this would most likely be her last week at school teaching.
I feel so, so terrible for her. She looked like she was going to cry when she was telling us. Her mom is only 57, and Mrs. Espo doesn't have any siblings. I'll probably email her after school's out to see how she's doing.

In other news, I have tons of homework and a hard science test tomorrow. Damn it. I don't know anything. I mean, I do not understand the oxidation numbers and all that shit.
